Job Title: Senior Presales Enablement Manager - Global

Location: London or may consider Remote
Employment Type: Full-time, Hybrid

The Senior Presales Enablement Manager is responsible for managing the implementation of key enablement initiatives in the presales teams across the globe. This role focuses on driving presales execution, supporting the delivery of specific enablement programs, and acting as a liaison between the field and global enablement teams. While this role does not involve direct presales ownership, it is crucial in empowering presales teams to achieve their targets through strategic enablement.

Principle Responsibilities:

  • Global Presales Enablement Planning: Work closely with regional presales leaders to understand field needs and challenges and ensure that enablement programs are tailored to support the presales teams in achieving their targets.
  • Program Delivery: Oversee the delivery of targeted enablement programs, including onboarding, training, workshops, and tools ensuring consistency and quality of enablement content and delivery across all regions. Facilitate live in-field and virtual Enablement sessions.
  • Voice of the Field: Act as the primary liaison between regional presales teams and global enablement. Gather feedback from the field to inform and improve global enablement strategies and programs.
  • Shared Services Delivery: Ownership of defined shared initiatives that bridge multiple CX stakeholder groups including newsletters, events, strategic initiatives.
  • Coaching: Provides coaching support to presales management and executive management to drive adoption and land enablement, central initiatives, engagement, or events.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Significant experience in presales enablement spanning content, learning, coaching, engagement and demand generation. Prior experience in being a field-based presales enablement leader working day-to-day with presales and commercial teams to drive enablement execution.
  • Excellent communication, relationship, facilitation and motivational skills.
  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and manage projects from start to finish building in benchmarks and status updates.
