Responsibilities

  • Support business development in generating leads through roadshows, workshops, and client meetings.
  • Act as the technical expert during sales pitches by handling all technical communication and introducing EcoFlow solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with EcoFlow partners through your technical knowledge and understanding of their requirements.
  • Prepare technical materials and presentations required for pre-sales support.
  • Conduct effective product training to ensure partners have a clear understanding of the key USPs of EcoFlow products & services.
  • Collect valuable feedback & insights from clients and partners and work closely with the R&D team to drive product improvement.
  • Use technical expertise to help partners customize solutions to achieve commercial success.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering, Electro-mechanical equipment, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing pre-sales technical support or a similar role.
  • Experience in the Residential Energy Storage or renewable energy industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong self-drive and proactiveness, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable with public speaking and delivering training to groups.
  • Ability to listen to customer needs and independently develop effective solutions.
  • A natural passion for the renewable energy industry, with a willingness to continuously learn and grasp complex information in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Mandarin or other Asian languages is a strong advantage for liaising with global teams.
  • A valid Australian driver's licence is required.
