What your day will look like
- Identify customer opportunities and pain points, define compelling use cases and business value, then convincingly demonstrate why Thinkproject software is the right solution to address them.
- Be an expert in multiple Thinkproject business functions (e.g. CDE, Contracts, etc.) with strong ability to configure and present the solution in a customer-centric way (both Enterprise and Invest Accounts).

Main Responsibilities
- Work on new or existing account opportunities either independently with a transactional product sell or as part of a team with a solution sell.
- Help Sales achieve their goals for new revenue by offering technical expertise in all phases of the opportunity lifecycle.
- Work according to the PreSales process: discover business pains on initial conversations, deliver value-based conversations on client pitch calls using demos and presentations.
- Define product / solution scope to ensure an effective transition to implementation teams.
- Develop presales knowledge base, by building and managing collaterals such as use cases, demo material, storyboards, video messages.
- Assess and respond to RFI’s/RFP’s from a technical point of view.
- Detect new business opportunities with our existing customers.
- Give structured feedback to the product and the development teams.
What you need to fulfill the role
- Minimum 3 years proven experience in a similar role.
- Degree in Engineering, IT, Architecture or comparable.
- Communication skills.
- Consultancy skills.
- Business assessment expertise - follow the process with strategy and analysis.
