What Role Will You Play
In this role, you will actively drive the new business growth and expansion of our software business with our customers in Electronics sector, in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Our goal is to consistently inspire customers with innovative, digital solutions – and we achieve this together, agilely, and with a clear focus on added value.
- Lead PreSales Processes: Actively participate in and/or lead PreSales activities to drive software sales specifically for our MOM/MES portfolio, focusing on acquiring new customers and expanding existing electronic accounts in UK and Nordics.
- Customer Engagement & Needs Assessment: Engage with customers and prospects to gather business and technical requirements, analyze market trends and existing IT infrastructure, identifying solutions addressing customer needs to support sales efforts.
- Solution Demonstration & Positioning: Apply expertise in customer business needs, engineering/manufacturing processes, and industry standards to prepare and deliver compelling demonstrations of proposed software solutions, applying both customized and standard materials.
- Essential Communication: Articulate how our software solutions address customer business challenges, tailoring messages to specific customer contexts and industries, in alignment with the Sales organization.

How will you become part of our team?
With passion and courage!
- You know the business: Demonstrated strong industry knowledge within the electronics sector is paramount. While familiarity with Digital Manufacturing related portfolios is a plus, deep comprehension of the electronics industry is the most critical requirement.
- Domain Focus: Ability to provide expert MOM/MES support to the sales process for electronics customers, particularly when opportunities are identified by Account Owners in EMEA.
- Experience: You have experience within an electronics' company ideally focusing on MOM/MES related topics or internal digital transformation projects or have pre-sales experience for a software business.
- Strategic Acumen: Understanding of the strategic importance of the electronics sector, especially its connection to strategic market trends defense and significant investment areas, to effectively capitalize on forecasted opportunities.
- Personality: As a solution-oriented and proactive person, you take leadership, adapt quickly, and have very good communication and presentation skills. Our customers always perceive you as a trusted advisor.

Our Benefits & Rewards
The total cash compensation range for this position is £62.700 to £125.400 with 30% of this being comprised of an annual incentive target (100% achievement) in the UK and £61.100 to £122.200 with 30% of this being comprised of an annual incentive target (100% achievement) for Finland. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
