Iperium is partnering with a leading global identity technology company to appoint an experienced Solution Consultant.
This is a pivotal pre-sales position supporting complex enterprise sales cycles. You will act as a trusted technical and strategic adviser, helping major organisations understand, design and implement scalable identity and access management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and product expertise throughout the sales process.
- Build trusted relationships with customers and partners across the region.
- Identify customer challenges, technical requirements and desired business outcomes.
- Design solution architectures that address complex identity integration requirements.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, technical presentations, webinars and workshops.
- Develop tailored use cases and customer stories that clearly demonstrate business value.
- Support proof-of-value engagements and deal progression through remote and in-person meetings.
- Help partners build the knowledge and confidence required to deliver successful customer outcomes.
- Represent customer requirements internally and contribute to future product development.
- Maintain a strong understanding of emerging trends across identity, cybersecurity and enterprise technology.

Skills and Experience
- At least three years of pre-sales experience within identity and access management, cybersecurity or enterprise software.
- A proven track record of delivering technical presentations, customised demonstrations and proof-of-value engagements.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical subjects for different audiences.
- A solid understanding of identity technologies, including directories, LDAP, REST APIs, SCIM, SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect and Zero Trust.
- Experience designing solutions involving identity integration, data modelling and system interoperability.
- Good knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, networking and security fundamentals.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

Desirable Experience
- Practical experience with enterprise directory services such as Active Directory, OpenDJ or IBM TDS.
- Familiarity with relational databases, including SQL Server, Oracle or MySQL, and the ability to write SQL queries.
- Knowledge of Linux or Windows administration and scripting using Bash, PowerShell or Python.
- Understanding of RBAC, ABAC, PKI, privileged access management and secure provisioning.
- Experience integrating identity platforms across hybrid, cloud and SaaS environments.
