About the Role

We're partnering with a fast-growing (500+ employees) AWS Premier Tier Services Partner that's investing heavily in its UK growth - with the recent setup of a London client-facing hub to grow Financial Services as the primary vertical.

A highly visible role with significant influence across the business. You'll become the CEO & Founder's technical counterpart; while the Founder drives the commercial strategy and executive relationships, you'll own the technical narrative, discovery, design and the overall solution.

This is a genuine opportunity to help build and scale the UK practice, not simply support of individual sales opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Data and AI leaders across the UK.
  • Lead technical discovery workshops with enterprise customers.
  • Design end-to-end cloud, AI and data solutions aligned to business objectives.
  • Build and demonstrate PoCs that help customers buy with confidence.
  • Own the technical solution across proposals, RFPs and Statements of Work.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Delivery and AWS to shape & win strategic engagements.
  • Represent the business at AWS events, customer workshops and industry conferences.
  • Help shape new service offerings, reusable accelerators and go-to-market strategy as the UK practice continues to grow.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
