Passionate about cybersecurity? π As a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect at Sapphire, you'll be the bridge between our cutting-edge solutions and clients. Work with teams to deliver impactful cyber guidance and secure solutions for both new and existing customers. π»π
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: π Tailor solutions to client needs for maximum ROI π°
- Customer Engagement: π£οΈ Lead tech discussions in client meetings, webinars, & events π
- Solution Presentation: π€ Craft & deliver compelling proposals that win clients over
- Account Development: π Support Account Managers to identify cross-sell opportunities π
- Product Development: π Collaborate with sales to discover product opportunities π‘
- Knowledge Sharing: π Be a Subject Matter Expert in InfoSec; host training and webinars π

Skills & Experience:
- π UK-wide travel (full driving license required) π
- π‘οΈ Experience in information security for large organisations
- π₯ Deep knowledge of SIEM, XDR, firewalls, especially Microsoft Security
- π CISSP, CISM, CISA or similar certifications
- πΌ Project management & excellent communication skills π
