About SureCloud
SureCloud is on a mission to tear up the GRC rulebook and build a slick, effortless and intelligent SaaS platform. We believe time matters, so we exist to simplify and speed up the everyday, and help people move forward with confidence.
Our platform gives organisations end to end visibility and context across risk, compliance, data privacy, audit and third party management, built on an event driven architecture that scales from fast growing companies to large enterprises:
- Enterprise Risk Management
- Compliance Management
- Third Party Risk Management
- Data Privacy Management
- Internal Audit
Why this role, right now
The interesting part of this job is not the product tour. It's Gracie, our agentic AI layer. In June 2026, IDC published a Market Note (IDC #US54613826) titled "SureCloud Redefines GRC with Gracie AI: The Industry's First Cross-Domain Agentic Platform". IDC found a 70 to 80% productivity uplift across record management, evidence chasing and assessment analysis, and framed what we're doing as a market inflection: GRC moving from systems of record to systems of execution.
That changes the presales conversation completely. You are no longer demoing a place to store risks. You are showing a prospect how work that used to take their team three weeks gets done in an afternoon, and then proving it. Very few people in this market have done that yet. You would be one of the first.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Our culture
Three values, and we actually use them:
- Curious: we seek new knowledge and challenge assumptions.
- Courageous: we take on complex problems and embrace change.
- Charged: we're passionate, energetic and driven for our customers and each other.
The role
You'll sit at the intersection of every go to market team: Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success. You'll understand what prospects are actually trying to fix, translate that into a solution they can see and believe, and carry that story through the sales cycle. This is hands on. You'll be trusted as a subject matter expert by colleagues and customers, and you'll have real influence on where the platform goes next.
What you'll be doing
- Running discovery with prospects to understand their GRC challenges, then scoping and shaping the solution that fits.
- Building and delivering tailored demos, workshops and proof of concept environments, including Gracie led workflows that show measurable time saved.
- Responding to RFPs and RFIs, and supporting prospect workshops with technical and functional expertise.
- Supporting a MEDDIC driven sales playbook, and building value based business cases with the customer's own success metrics.
- Feeding customer signal back to Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap, and working with Customer Success on smooth onboarding and long term adoption.
- Bringing energy, humour and authenticity. We have fun and get things done.

What you'll bring
- Experience in presales, solutions consulting or sales engineering in a SaaS environment, including solution scoping, discovery and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong working knowledge of the MEDDIC qualification framework and how it drives the right conversations and outcomes. Familiarity with the Three Whys is a plus.
- Genuine AI fluency. You already use tools like Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot in your own working day, for research, prep, content and drafting, and you're curious about how agentic AI changes what buyers expect from a GRC platform. You don't need to be technical, you need to be someone who reaches for these tools by instinct.
- Strong analytical skills: assessing requirements, mapping business processes and turning them into data backed recommendations.
- Project management instincts to coordinate demos, PoCs and cross functional activity without dropping threads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable presenting complex ideas to technical and non technical audiences.
- Experience with GRC, risk, compliance or audit solutions is highly beneficial. Familiarity with SaaS platforms and modern cloud technologies is an advantage.
- A degree in a relevant field (Business, Information Systems, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
- Serious about delivering results, never too serious about yourself. The kind of person others want in the room.
“It took my CV and asked me questions relevant to understanding what kind of jobs to suggest for me. Suggestions were almost perfect. Jobs were exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
