Join a growing Managed Service Provider that's expanding its Cloud Contact Centre and AI division, working with a broad range of technologies and high-profile customers across the UK.
Pre-Sales Solution Consultant – Contact Centre & AI
Location: Fully Remote – UK Wide
Salary: Up to £100,000 + Commission
This is a high-impact Pre-Sales Solution Consultant role taking ownership of the full pre-sales lifecycle — from initial discovery, RFI/RFP responses and solution design through to commercials, pricing and proposal submission.
We're looking for someone with genuine CCaaS / Contact Centre pre-sales experience who understands both the technical and commercial side of solution design. You'll work across a multi-vendor portfolio, giving you the opportunity to work with technologies including NICE, Content Guru, Teams Contact Centre and an exciting proprietary AI solution.

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end pre-sales process from discovery and requirements gathering through to proposal submission
- Lead responses to RFI, RFP and RFQ opportunities
- Design scalable CCaaS, Contact Centre and AI solutions
- Develop solution architectures, commercials, pricing and business cases
- Translate customer requirements into compelling technical and commercial solutions
- Support sales teams throughout the pre-sales lifecycle
- Present solutions and proposals to customers and stakeholders
- Work across multiple vendors and platforms rather than being tied to a single technology
- Contribute to the continued development of the Contact Centre & AI proposition
Skills Required
- Proven Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting experience within the Contact Centre / CCaaS sector
- Strong experience responding to RFPs, RFIs and RFQs – essential
- Strong understanding of Contact Centre technologies and solutions
- Experience designing solutions across one or more CCaaS platforms
- Strong commercial awareness, including experience with pricing, commercials and business cases
- Experience working within an MSP, systems integrator, reseller or multi-vendor environment would be highly advantageous
- Eligible for DBS clearance, with potential MPPV3 clearance required
