Role Overview
Xceedance is seeking an articulate, customer-facing Pre-Sales Solutions Lead to drive the pre-sales effort for engagements built around our proprietary AI tools and solutions. Based in London and focused on the London insurance (P&C) market, you will partner closely with our Business Development and Client Partner teams to translate client challenges into compelling, AI-enabled solutions — owning everything from initial discovery conversations through to tailored product demonstrations. You will act as the bridge between the commercial teams and our internal Product Engineering group, ensuring that what we propose is both commercially attractive and technically deliverable.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep, working understanding of Xceedance's proprietary AI tools and solutions, and serve as the go-to pre-sales expert for opportunities involving them.
- Lead the pre-sales effort end-to-end — from initial client discussions and needs discovery through to solution scoping, proposals, and decision-maker buy-in.
- Design and deliver compelling product demonstrations and proofs-of-concept that map our AI capabilities to specific client problems in the P&C and London insurance markets.
- Partner closely with Business Development and Client Partner teams to shape pursuit strategy, qualify opportunities, and progress deals through the pipeline.
- Liaise with the internal Product Engineering group to validate technical feasibility, relay client requirements, and ensure proposed solutions are deliverable.
- Articulate complex AI and technology concepts in clear, business-relevant language for senior insurance stakeholders.
- Maintain current knowledge of P&C insurance trends, the London market, and the evolving AI solutions landscape to position Xceedance as a trusted advisor.
Required Experience & Skills
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, including a strong track record in pre-sales, solution consulting, or a comparable client-facing role.
- Strong domain experience in P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance, with direct exposure to the London insurance market.
- Exceptional customer-facing and communication skills — highly articulate, confident presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Sound understanding of AI concepts, including the fundamentals of AI and agentic AI, and the ability to translate them into business value.
- Demonstrated ability to lead demos, discovery conversations, and solution discussions independently.
- Comfortable collaborating across commercial (BD, Client Partner) and technical (Product Engineering) teams.

Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree (graduate) required.
- An MBA in Finance, or equivalent professional insurance certifications (e.g. ACII / CII), is strongly preferred.
Preferred / Nice to Have
- A background in technology or prior experience working alongside engineering/product teams.
- Familiarity with insurtech, data, or AI-led solutions deployed in the insurance sector.
