Nursery – Early Years Practitioner | Bright Horizons Bracknell Day Nursery and Preschool
Salary
- Salary Level 3: £28,072 – £33,020 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
- Salary Level 2: £27,009 – £27,823 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)

We’re seeking an Early Years Practitioner to join our Bracknell nursery.
What the Role Involves
As an Early Years Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:
- Planning, implementing, and reflecting on engaging activities tailored to individual children to support their development toward key milestones.
- Creating a safe, stimulating environment where children can freely express themselves, stimulate their minds, and develop a lifelong love of learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and administer age-appropriate learning initiatives
- Foster inclusive, engaging environments for young children to thrive
- Build trust with parents, carers, and colleagues through open collaboration
- Maintain safeguarding and child protection policies diligently
- Document children’s progress and work closely with parents to track growth

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Valid full, relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
- Strong commitment to fun, inclusive, stimulating environments
- Deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Comprehensive knowledge of safeguarding regulations and child protection
