Now Hiring: Preschool Room Leader & Early Years Educators - Brand New Nursery in South West London!
Nest Embassy Gardens has just opened its doors, and we're building our founding team. This is a rare chance to help shape a nursery from early days and welcoming new families!
We're hiring for two roles:
Preschool Room Leader - From £33,000.00 per year: Take the lead on our preschool room, guiding a team of educators and setting the tone for a warm, curious, high-quality learning environment for our oldest children.
Early Years Educators - Up to £30,000.00 per year: Join our expanding team across the nursery, bringing energy, care, and creativity to daily activities, routines, and relationships with children and families.

What you'll be doing:
- Planning and leading age appropriate activities that support learning and development
- Supervising children through play, meals, and rest with care and attention
- Keeping our space clean, organised, and genuinely welcoming
- Building strong relationships with children, parents, and your teammates
- Tracking developmental milestones and keeping records up to date
- Helping keep daily routines running smoothly
- Leading and mentoring your team
- Supporting and implementing our policies on safety, health, and behaviour
What you'll bring:
- Hands-on experience in a nursery or childcare setting
- Confident communication skills with kids, parents, and colleagues alike
- A solid grasp of early years principles and childcare regulations
- Patience, creativity, and the ability to roll with a room full of little ones
- Strong organisation and time management
- Experience leading or mentoring a team in a childcare setting
