Presentation & Customer-facing Assets Designer
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Presentation & Customer-facing Assets Designer based in United Kingdom.
This is a high-impact design opportunity focused on creating clear, persuasive, and visually cohesive materials for a fast-growing AI and technology environment.
You’ll help build and evolve scalable design systems that enable teams to create polished, brand-consistent materials independently.
The role combines presentation design, digital sales collateral, information visualization, and AI-enabled creative workflows.
You’ll transform complex technical and business information into compelling narratives, diagrams, charts, and visual assets.
Your work will support customer-facing communication across both digital and print formats while strengthening overall visual consistency.
You’ll collaborate with diverse teams, defend thoughtful design decisions, respond quickly to feedback, and manage varied projects under tight deadlines.
The position offers meaningful ownership, international exposure, and the opportunity to shape how innovative AI solutions are communicated visually.
Accountabilities
- Maintain and continuously evolve the presentation and customer-facing asset design system, including templates, components, and guidelines that prioritize consistency and usability.
- Create and update AI-enabled templates and design guidelines that help teams produce polished, brand-accurate materials independently.
- Design high-quality presentations for internal, commercial, and customer-facing purposes.
- Develop digital sales materials, including one-pagers, multi-page PDFs, and other documents for digital and print distribution.
- Create diagrams, charts, infographics, and other visualizations that translate complex technical or business information into clear and accessible visual solutions.
- Support the creation of a wide range of marketing and customer-facing materials as required.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand communication objectives and transform complex content into compelling visual narratives.
- Incorporate feedback, iterate efficiently, and ensure a consistent visual language across a high volume of assets.
- Explore and apply relevant AI-powered design tools and workflows while maintaining high standards of visual quality and brand accuracy.

Requirements
- Proven experience building scalable design systems, component libraries, templates, or similar frameworks that enable teams to create high-quality materials independently.
- Demonstrated experience creating sales and customer-facing materials for technology, B2B, or similarly complex products.
- Strong ability to structure complex topics into clear, persuasive, and visually engaging narratives.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of layout, composition, typography, grids, visual hierarchy, and information design.
- Up-to-date knowledge of AI-powered creative tools, combined with the critical eye needed to evaluate and refine AI-generated results from a professional design perspective.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent visual standards across large volumes of materials.
- Ability to confidently articulate and defend design decisions while remaining receptive to feedback and iterating quickly.
- Creative, adaptable, and comfortable handling a broad range of design challenges within tight deadlines.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across an international organization.
- Writing and editing skills, including the ability to simplify complex information without losing meaning, are a plus.
- Understanding of animation principles, slide animation, and video is advantageous.
- Experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus.
