Position Overview: Presentation Designer
The presentation designer will help our executive search and leadership advisory team by creating compelling candidate briefs, proposals, presentations, and client materials used across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East.
You will play a critical role in shaping how Elevate presents itself to clients and candidates worldwide, ensuring that every document reflects the quality, creativity, and sophistication of the organisations we represent. In this role, you will create persuasive, effective visual communication solutions for a range of needs, from a single informational slide to customized presentation designs, candidate briefs, and brand storytelling. Through sound design principles and innovative visual strategies, you will transform complex data points and text-heavy information into compelling, memorable visual presentations that deliver maximum impact. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop ideas and transform concepts on paper into more visually engaging and interactive experiences for our prospects and partners.

This is a hybrid role, based in our London office.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain Elevateʼs brand identity and ensure consistency across a variety of media to deliver presentations that help win business
- Contribute to Elevateʼs external presentations and sales materials, including pre-sales pitches, teaser decks, and large business development decks
- Development of bespoke sales presentations that capture the style, voice, and passion of our various clients
- Ability to create, edit, and annotate graphic designs, multimedia files, charts, and graphs into immersive storytelling formats
- Assist in performing quality assurance to ensure all materials are void of spelling and other grammatical errors
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams on external-facing business development pitch decks and sales presentation materials
- Present process and final work in a clear, concise, and professional manner to external stakeholders
- Execute design requests assigned by the reporting manager, balancing stakeholder priorities across various locations
- Maintain and manage a project status tracker and keep internal stakeholders informed of work progress and timelines
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field preferred
- 3+ years of professional experience in a graphics/design-related field or freelance capacity

- Adobe Creative Suite advanced knowledge
- Figma and digital asset management tools knowledge
- AI design tools, knowledge, and a willingness to explore as platforms advance
- Ability to express ideas shared verbally in a graphical format
- Quality-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise multiple stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment to ensure efficiency while adhering to strict deadlines
- Collaborative mindset to solving challenges, willing to learn and share knowledge with peers
