About The Role
We’re looking for a talented Presentation Designer to join our Studio team and help bring ideas, data and information to life through engaging visual communications. In this role, you'll work on a wide variety of presentation-based projects (primarily PowerPoint), transforming content into polished, accurate and impactful deliverables that support client communications, meetings and events.
What You'll Do
- Create, enhance and deliver high-quality PowerPoint presentations and other presentation outputs, ensuring they align with client briefs, branding guidelines and project objectives.
- Restyle existing slide decks, develop presentation templates, create data visualisations, and redraw figures and tables using PowerPoint and Adobe Illustrator.
- Contribute to the design of interactive elements and animations to help audiences engage with complex information more effectively.
- Work closely with colleagues across the business and apply visual communication trends and best practice.
- Translate project briefs, contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and collaborate with the wider Studio team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing knowledge with colleagues, providing guidance on presentation design approaches and investing in your own professional development to expand your creative and technical skillset.

About You
- A creative and detail-oriented designer with previous experience in presentation design, specifically PowerPoint.
- A passion for transforming complex information into clear, engaging and visually appealing content.
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator and other design tools (e.g. InDesign) is highly desirable.
- Exposure to interactive presentation programs or new technologies/platforms would be beneficial.
- Excellent design and data visualisation skills, alongside strong organisational, communication and time-management abilities.
- Enjoy collaborating with others, managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work to deadline.
Advantageous but not essential:
- A graphic design qualification.
- Prior medical communications agency experience.
- Project management experience.
- Above all, someone who combines creativity, accuracy and a genuine enthusiasm for visual storytelling.
