Presentation & Graphic Design Specialist

We are partnering with a highly regarded investment management firm seeking a talented Presentation & Graphic Design Specialist to join its marketing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and technically skilled designer who thrives on transforming complex information into engaging visual stories. Working across the business, you will create impactful presentations and marketing materials that support senior stakeholders, client-facing teams, internal communications, conferences, and events.

The successful candidate will combine exceptional design capabilities with advanced PowerPoint expertise, helping to elevate the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of visual communications across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver high-quality presentations for pitches, client meetings, conferences, sales initiatives, and internal communications.
  • Translate stakeholder briefs into compelling visual narratives and presentation concepts.
  • Develop and maintain presentation templates, charts, graphs, infographics, icons, colour themes, and animation assets.
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all materials align with established brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
  • Provide guidance and training to colleagues on presentation best practices and brand usage.
  • Support wider creative projects using Adobe Creative Suite when required.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, communicating timelines and expectations clearly with stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on emerging presentation technologies, design trends, and AI-powered creative tools to drive greater efficiency and innovation.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience designing presentations within marketing services or a design agency environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills, including animations, visual storytelling, template creation, and presentation design.
  • Experience using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of data visualisation and the ability to present complex information clearly and creatively.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Experience within asset management, wealth management, or broader financial services would be advantageous.
