We are partnering with a growing international asset manager to appoint a Presentations Specialist (AVP) into its marketing and distribution team. Supporting both business development and investment professionals, this role will play a key part in the creation of high-quality presentations used across client meetings, fundraising initiatives and product marketing activities.

This is a highly visible position that combines visual communication, content development and stakeholder collaboration. Working closely with investment, product and sales teams, you will be responsible for transforming complex investment information into engaging, client-ready presentations that support commercial objectives across multiple markets.

The opportunity would suit an experienced PowerPoint specialist with a strong eye for design, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be involved in:

  • Creating professional PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, pitches, product launches and marketing initiatives
  • Transforming investment data, product information and market commentary into clear, engaging and visually compelling content
  • Partnering with investment and product specialists to develop presentation narratives and structure messaging effectively
  • Producing bespoke presentation materials tailored to specific client and business development opportunities
  • Designing charts, tables, infographics and visual elements that communicate information clearly and accurately
  • Maintaining and enhancing presentation templates, slide libraries and branded content resources
  • Reviewing presentation content to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance with brand standards
  • Managing multiple presentation requests simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting tight deadlines
  • Coordinating with stakeholders across sales, investment and international teams to deliver materials on time
  • Supporting fund launches and strategic marketing initiatives through the creation of presentation collateral
  • Gathering and validating data used within presentations and supporting materials
  • Contributing to wider marketing and distribution projects when required

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
