Role Purpose
To motivate, allocate and supervise staff who undertake aircraft cleaning and associated services to the required customer and company standards.
What You Will Be Doing
- To obtain details of scheduled work planned for the coming day from the Operations Allocator or Duty Manager.
- To manage and motivate staff to achieve the required standards and work performance under the time constraints imposed by the aircraft scheduled arrival and departure.
- To liaise with airline/handling representatives to establish time constraints and communicate to Operations Allocators / Duty Managers so that effective plans can be made.
- To ensure correct staffing is allocated to achieve the required work performance and standard prior to departure without affecting the customer or their OTP.
- To be responsible for the cleaning or associated service standards of the aircraft.

Safety, Security and Compliance
You will have a responsibility and duty whilst at work to take reasonable care of the health and safety of yourself and of others whilst at work. What We Are Looking For
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in toilet and water servicing, disinsection, and cover changes.
- Knowledge of staff allocation.
- Must be computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Leadership skills, with a focus on fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork among cleaning staff.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality control, conducting inspections and audits to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and regulations.
