Presentations Associate | Evening Shift
Salary: £24,888 + 10% shift allowance (£27,376.80 total)
Location: LS10 Leeds
Contract: Permanent, Full time
Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, 3pm-11pm with a 30-min unpaid break
Work model: Full-time office-based, hybrid option post-probation

Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a talented Presentations Associate to support one of our prestigious UK-based Financial Advisory and Banking clients.
This role is ideal for someone with strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, a good working knowledge of Word, and an interest in developing expertise across the wider Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Creative applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Training will be provided to enhance your skill set.
You will be responsible for creating and formatting high-quality presentations and documents, ensuring they are accurate, visually engaging, and delivered within agreed deadlines. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you will provide a professional, responsive service while maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.
The Team
As part of the Document Production team, you will collaborate with clients, colleagues, and Workflow Coordinators to produce presentation materials and business documents. You will take ownership of your workload, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations, corporate branding standards, and agreed timescales.
The role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Person Specification
Essential
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience creating and editing presentations using slide masters, themes, and templates
- Good understanding of chart creation and troubleshooting within Excel
- Confidence working across Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
- A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach
Desirable
- An interest in design and presenting information in clear, engaging, and visually effective ways
- Experience or willingness to learn Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and format presentations and business documents in line with client requirements and brand guidelines
- Ensure all work is accurate, consistent, and completed to a high standard
- Communicate professionally with clients, providing a consultative and responsive service
- Accurately estimate production times and proactively manage deadlines
- Liaise with Workflow Coordinators to provide updates on workload, priorities, and delivery times
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues
- Maintain clear records of requests, amendments, and document versions
- Adhere to departmental procedures, quality standards, and best practices
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and accountability in all aspects of the role
Key Skills and Competencies
- Advanced proficiency in MS 365 PowerPoint and Excel is essential
- Previous experience in a corporate environment, particularly in the financial sector, is desirable
- Ability to manage tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
- Flexible and open to feedback, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Demonstrates a growth mindset and is receptive to feedback and continuous learning
- Demonstrates a commitment to delivering excellent service and positive client experiences
- A working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud core applications and current creative production is also desired
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Capable of quickly acquiring new skills and applying them to meet service needs
- Familiarity with emerging technologies, including AI, and identifies opportunities to enhance presentation quality and efficiency
