Presentations Designer
Salary: £32,500 per annum, plus company benefits
Location: Leeds, LS10 1AB
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Shifts: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, working 7.00am – 4.00pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch break
Work model: Fully on-site
Williams Lea seeks a Presentations Designer to join our team! Williams Lea is the leading global provider of skilled, technology-enabled, business-critical support services, with long-term trusted relationships with blue-chip clients across investment banks, law firms and professional services firms. Williams Lea employees, nearly 7000 people worldwide, who provide efficient business services at client sites in often complex and highly regulated environments, from centralised Williams Lea onshore facilities, and through best cost company offshore locations.
Purpose of Role
Are you a creative and detail-focused professional with a passion for presentation design? We are seeking a talented Presentations Designer to join our team, delivering high-quality presentation and visual design support within a fast-paced professional environment.
The Presentations Designer will play a key role in creating, formatting and enhancing professional presentations, transforming content into clear, engaging and visually consistent materials. The role requires strong PowerPoint capability alongside broader design skills, with knowledge of Adobe applications such as InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator highly desirable.
The successful candidate will combine creativity with excellent attention to detail, managing multiple priorities while maintaining consistently high standards of quality and service. Working collaboratively as part of the wider team, you will help deliver polished, professional materials that meet client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- To complete amendments to and create documents as requested by clients using the provided templates
- To take ownership for the quality of your work and the associated deadlines
- To use various applications for job related duties accurately and effectively
- To accurately estimate the production time and liaise with Workflow Coordinators to ensure deadline adherence
- To share knowledge and encourage a supportive team culture
- Taking a pro-active approach to attendance and time management
- Ensuring adherence of objectives and contractual obligations (Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators)
- To act in a professional and consultative manner to all clients
- To ensure a clear and comprehensive handover for any incoming staff

General Tasks
- Accurate and timely production of all Presentations materials
- Ensure all work is quality checked before being returned to the client
- Ensure complete submission of work to be randomly quality checked
- Adherence of department policies and procedures
- Reporting of any issues to relevant parties
Personal Attributes
- Minimum (1) year presentations experience preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environment
- Skilled in the use of MS Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio as examples); strong keyboarding and typing skills
- Familiar with other software programs for editing and/or creating documents; specifically, Adobe PDF & Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop as examples)
- Strong attention to detail; able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Able to apply intermediate requisite knowledge of appropriate grammar, spelling, composition to work requests
- Must have good organisational skills
- Must be able to meet deadlines and complete all projects in a timely manner
- Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information
- Able to exercise good judgment to make decisions that conform to business needs and policy
- Good problem solving skills, with the ability and understanding of when to escalate a problem to a supervisory level
- Ability to maintain professional composure when working with immediate deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
- Must be self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Proven customer service skills are required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
