Job Title
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Presentations Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong client relationships, and ensures seamless project delivery from concept to completion. This is a 12-month, fixed-term contract covering a period of maternity leave, with an anticipated start date in mid-to-end October 2026.

Our team of designers, account managers, and project managers work together to create stunning, high-end presentations for major brands.
We specialise in creating engaging, visually impactful templates and presentations for town halls, sales meetings, conferences, strategy days, Capital Markets Days, exhibitions, bids, and pitches. Beyond presentations, we also produce animations, social media templates, interactive brochures, and branded content, helping businesses tell their stories in dynamic and compelling ways. Purpose
As a Presentations Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our fast-paced team, confident in client-facing situations, proactive in managing projects, and skilled at ensuring seamless delivery within tight deadlines and budgets. Beyond overseeing logistics, you’ll play a key role in contributing ideas and adding value to the creative process, helping shape outstanding final products.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth workflow from briefing to final delivery.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed budgets and deadlines.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and great service.
- Manage multiple projects at any given time, varying in complexity and budget.
- Develop strong business relationships with clients.
- Coordinate regular client communication and meetings. Ensure clients are satisfied with progress and are regularly kept informed.
- Allocate resources effectively and keep the team updated on progress.
- Collaborate with designers, animators, and developers to bring creative ideas to life.
- Ensure designers are briefed and ready to go first thing each day.
- Requesting PO numbers from your clients.
- Capture clear briefs and take detailed notes.
- Handle invoicing at the end of each project.
- Work closely with the project management team to identify project priorities and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines and client expectations.

Client Servicing
- Address issues effectively and proactively.

Financial Planning And Management
- Assist in successfully growing existing accounts and provide innovative solutions to build business.
- Ensure client projects remain within budget and profitable.
Business Development/sales
- Contribute to new business initiatives.
- Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular close contact.
- Selling our team’s services to new/repeat clients, recognizing opportunities to ‘upsell’ where appropriate.
- Developing a solid understanding of services across the broader Emperor business.
- Monitor team capacity and communicate with the Sales team to help drive business.
- Keeping the PM team informed of all key activities within each account.
- Manage freelance bookings when the design team is at full capacity.
