Our client is a successful third party distribution agency. They are hiring a Presentations and Sales Support Associate. This is a varied role combining sales support, presentations, CRM management and sales reporting.
You will work closely with the wider team helping to ensure that their sales and marketing activity is well organised, professionally presented and delivered to a high standard.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain, update and manage relevant information within Salesforce
- Track sales pipelines and business development activity to support strategic planning and reporting.
- Assist with the preparation of client deliverables, including ad hoc client requests, RFPs and client reporting, ensuring responses are accurate and delivered on time.
- Create high-quality, professionally designed PowerPoint presentations and other marketing materials for external stakeholder meetings.
- Plan and coordinate client events, roadshows and webinars, supporting relationship-building and wider commercial objectives.
- Manage schedules, organise meetings and support effective coordination across the team.
- Support cross-functional initiatives and help ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to deadline.
- Oversee fund marketing materials, ensuring appropriate disclosures are included and materials remain aligned with regulatory requirements and client-specific restrictions.
- Identify opportunities to use AI tools and emerging technology to improve efficiency, quality and productivity across marketing and distribution activities.

The successful candidate will have a proven interest in asset management and / or financial markets (either through relevant internships or professional experience) and experience in a similar role: marketing, sales support or presentations.

Candidates will need to be digitally confident, with strong proficiency and enthusiasm for working with AI tools; highly capable with PowerPoint and presentation design, with an eye for producing polished, professional materials; familiar with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce; and be highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
Whilst not essential, additional languages are a bonus, particularly German or French.
