Press Brake Operator
We are seeking a Press Brake Operator to join our client’s manufacturing team, supporting the production of precision components within a busy manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for operating press brake machinery, working from engineering drawings and job instructions to produce components to the required quality standards.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys practical, production-based work and takes pride in producing accurate, consistent results. Previous experience with press brakes and working from engineering drawings would be beneficial.

- Position: Press Brake Operator
- Type: Permanent
- Salary: Excellent Salary + Opportunities for Overtime
- Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00am – 3:30pm, Friday, 7:00am – 12:00pm
- Location: Castle Donington

Job Description
- Operate and sometimes set press brake machinery to produce components to the required specification
- Read and follow engineering drawings, work cards, and job instructions
- Carry out basic quality checks throughout the production process
- Ensure tooling and machinery are used correctly and kept in good working condition
- Complete production and quality records accurately
- Report any machine faults, defects, or quality issues to the relevant team members
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment in line with 5S standards

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Some experience setting press brake machinery would be beneficial
- Ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings and work instructions
- Good attention to detail and a focus on producing quality work
- Full training and support will be provided to the successful candidate where required
