Prestige Sales Brand Ambassador – UK & Ireland

About the Role

The Prestige Sales Brand Ambassador will be responsible for driving business, educating and merchandising the brands across a core group of focused On-Trade and Independent Retailers accounts in UK & Ireland. The BA will support the Louis XIII Director and the Louis XIII Senior Brand Manager across a variety of brand management duties with the Field Sales Team (FST), in line with the overall strategic business goals and having a direct impact on the overall brand performance.

What You Will Do

Trade Engagement – Drive the relationship with our core group of key accounts in major markets within the region.

  • Ensure availability, enhanced visibility, menu listing, advocacy, and velocity in key accounts
  • Organize and conduct staff trainings to drive customer engagement and increased velocity via e.g Perfect Pour
  • Identify opportunities to develop and execute in-account brand educational events to drive sales
  • Manage communication and implementation of relevant brand initiatives
  • CRM program: Translate digitally the impact/intelligence related to LXIII On-Trade universe into the Salesforce database.

Sales Team Support - Provide education and sales support for the Irish Distributor and RCUK Sales Force.

  • Conduct brand specific trainings for the distributor sales force in key markets
  • Support Blitz’s, work-withs, and distribution drives in key markets
  • Actively sell-in the brands to close distribution gaps by working closely with the team to identify opportunities

Client Engagement - Engage targeted clientele through brand building activations

  • Coordinate, set up and execute client focused educational events (include intimate dinners or cocktail parties)
  • Build a Client data base of brand enthusiasts and support conversion to sales
  • Identify Luxury partners in key markets – build relationships and execute educational events with members

What You Bring

  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills across a range of group sizes and types of audiences
  • Good commercial awareness and selling techniques/skills. Sales and marketing knowledge a plus
  • Client centric, results driven, proactive and creative, structured, reliable and inquisitive
  • Commitment, energy, positive and problem-solving attitude
  • Entrepreneurial spirit within a corporate organisation.
  • Good understanding of the spirits industry, the drinks culture, on-trade and retail landscape in the UK.
