Are you an ambitious Vehicle Technician or VAG Specialist with strong experience across prestige, high-performance marques looking to step into a world-class facility?
A premier, state-of-the-art Prestige & Performance Centre in Nottingham is expanding its high-spec workshop team. If you bring solid experience with Volkswagen Audi Group (VAG) or prestige performance vehicles, a great work ethic, and a passion for precision engineering, this is your opportunity to gain official manufacturer academy training and work toward Master Technician status.

What We Offer (Package & Benefits)
- Competitive Basic Salary: £36,000 per annum basic (Depending on Experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine servicing, scheduled maintenance, and detailed Vehicle Health Checks (VHC) to strict manufacturer standards.
- Execute diagnostic fault-finding and mechanical repairs across high-performance engines, drivetrains, and electronic setups.
- Complete Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) and safety checks on high-spec retail stock and customer sports cars.
- Maintain clear electronic job records and communicate repair progress effectively with service advisors.
- Collaborate closely with a tight-knit workshop crew that takes pride in high standards and strong team camaraderie.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (Essential).
- Technical Experience: 3–4+ years of hands-on workshop experience as a Vehicle Technician, Auto Mechanic, or VAG Specialist (Audi, VW, SEAT, Škoda) or prestige/performance equivalent.
- Character & Fit: A positive, reliable team player with high integrity, great communication skills, and pride in clean craftsmanship.
- Licence: Full UK Driving Licence (Required).
