What Are We Looking For
We’re looking for people with a diverse range of strengths and experiences to support our Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) campaign. As the first point of contact, you’ll be helping customers navigate important processes, often at moments that matter.
Whether you excel at explaining detailed information clearly or you bring genuine empathy and reassurance to customers who may feel uncertain or anxious, this is an opportunity to make a real difference.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain processes clearly and confidently
- Empathy and professionalism when supporting customers with sensitive or important enquiries

- Resilience when handling complex or challenging conversations
- The ability to build trust while delivering a positive and reassuring customer experience
