We're recruiting a Prevention and Early Intervention Manager (Secondary Schools) to lead some of Safeline's most impactful work across Warwickshire.
Our Prevention and Early Intervention team doesn't wait until harm has happened. They work in schools and communities to challenge harmful attitudes, start important conversations, support young people affected by sexual abuse, and help build safer futures.

As Manager, you'll lead a brilliant team delivering that work every day. You'll shape projects, build partnerships with schools and professionals, support staff to do their best work, and help develop services that have a lasting impact on young people's lives.

- Salary: £34,000 to £36,000 per annum
