Náplň Práce

  • organizace a vedení provozu pekárny v nepřetržitém provozu
  • rozdělení pracovníků na jednotlivé pracoviště
  • kontrola efektivity práce a využití pracovní doby podřízených pracovníků
  • dohled nad výrobou a kvalitou pekařských výrobků
  • zodpovědnost za dodržování technologických postupů
  • kontrola dodržování hygienických předpisů
  • administrativní práce spojené s výrobou
