Lead the Future of Pricing Innovation
Join Our International Pricing Team and Drive Strategic Impact Through Data, Analytics & Leadership
Are you an experienced actuarial or data science professional passionate about driving sophisticated pricing strategies that make a real difference? We're looking for a Pricing & Actuarial Lead to take ownership of pricing initiatives within our dynamic Roadside Assistance Pricing Team and shape innovative pricing strategies on a global scale.
About the Role
As a Lead within our international pricing team, you'll provide strategic direction and technical leadership for the development of cutting-edge actuarial and machine learning models that drive our pricing strategy. This is a unique opportunity to combine deep technical expertise with business impact and cross-functional influence, delivering pricing solutions that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and profitability.
What you do
Strategic Pricing Direction
- Define and own the pricing strategy for Roadside Assistance products across multiple markets
- Partner with senior leadership to align pricing initiatives with broader business objectives and profitability targets
- Drive the pricing roadmap, identifying opportunities for competitive advantage and revenue growth
Data Exploration & Analysis
- Lead the analysis, interpretation, and preparation of complex insurance datasets, ensuring data quality and appropriateness for actuarial modeling and insights
- Establish best practices and standards for data governance within the pricing function
Model Development & Innovation
- Lead the development and maintenance of advanced actuarial and machine learning pricing models
- Ensure robust validation of underlying actuarial assumptions for business-ready models
- Champion innovation across pricing and underwriting functions, driving enhancements for increased accuracy and efficiency

Insights & Communication
- Present complex data insights, pricing results, and strategic recommendations to senior management and executive stakeholders
- Act as the key liaison between analytics, underwriting, finance, and commercial teams
- Influence decision-making through compelling data-driven storytelling
Governance & Reporting
- Ensure production of high-quality rate monitoring reports with comprehensive audit trail documentation
- Oversee pricing reserving development and predicted loss ratio monitoring
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal governance frameworks
Pricing Solutions & Systems
- Own the strategic development, maintenance, and validation of pricing solutions and systems
- Drive automation and scalability improvements across the pricing technology stack
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global underwriters, finance, operations, and network teams to deliver integrated pricing solutions
- Represent the pricing function in cross-functional steering committees and strategic initiatives
Data/AI
- Champion the adoption of Generative AI and Emerging Technologies to drive innovation and create new business opportunities
- Define the data strategy and optimize data flow and storage across systems through effective Data Management
- Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based tools, using insights responsible with our standards of data governance, security, and ethical use.

What you bring
Required
- Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field
- Experience in actuarial science or management
- Strong Python programming skills (essential)
- Expertise in large-scale data management and analysis
- Ability to thrive in a global, collaborative environment
- Driven, hands-on mindset with a passion for problem-solving
Preferred
- Actuarial pricing or data science modelling experience
- Reserving experience
- Proficiency in Excel VBA, WTW RADAR, and Emblem
- Actuarial qualifications or progress toward professional certification
