Role Description
The Pricing Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Belfast. This position is responsible for preparing and maintaining pricing lists for products and services, ensuring accuracy in quotes and proposals, and updating pricing based on supplier information, discounts, and promotions. The role involves analyzing cost data and margins, supporting the sales team with timely pricing information, and collaborating with finance to align pricing with company policies. The Pricing Administrator will respond to pricing inquiries from internal teams, assist with tender documents, and maintain organized records of pricing approvals and changes. The role also includes working closely with customer service to ensure clear communication of pricing to clients and contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and consistency.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret cost data, margins, and pricing trends, and to support data-driven decisions.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with sales, finance, and customer service teams and to present pricing information clearly.
- Customer service skills to handle pricing-related queries professionally and support a positive client experience.
- Basic understanding of finance and sales principles to ensure pricing is commercially sound and aligned with business objectives.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and pricing tools (e.g., Excel) and strong attention to detail in data entry and documentation.
- Organizational and time-management skills to prioritize multiple requests and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in pricing, administration, or a related support role in a commercial or interiors environment is beneficial.
- Relevant education in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
