Description

Greenergy delivers safe, efficient, and reliable fuel solutions to customers across road, aviation, and marine sectors. As an international transportation fuel supplier, we combine traditional and renewable energy solutions to support our customers through the energy transition.

Are you highly organized, confident working with numbers, and someone who takes pride in getting the detail right?

We’re looking for a Pricing Analyst to join our Finance Operations team in Manchester on a 14-month maternity cover contract. You’ll be responsible for reviewing and reconciling pricing information from multiple sources, preparing accurate data for invoicing, and communicating pricing information to customers.

Working closely with colleagues across Commercial, Sales Ledger, and IT, you’ll investigate discrepancies, follow issues through to resolution, and help ensure pricing and trade data is accurate. You’ll need strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail, and the confidence to ask questions and communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders.

This role would suit someone with experience of working with financial, pricing, or other detailed data who enjoys solving problems and managing several priorities. Training will be provided on our specialist pricing sources and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate pricing information to customers on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, according to their requirements
  • Reconcile customer pricing data from multiple sources and prepare accurate data for automated invoicing
  • Review pricing for new sales and purchase trades, ensuring accuracy before other teams complete the trade setup process
  • Review and action price corrections received from pricing quote sources
  • Create manual price sheets to verify pricing information held within internal systems
  • Identify and communicate issues or discrepancies relating to trade capture clearly and promptly
  • Follow up and verify trade amendments
  • Investigate and resolve customer pricing queries
  • Work closely with Commercial, Sales Ledger, and IT teams, building effective relationships and supporting accurate trade capture and invoicing
  • Carry out peer review checks as part of the audit process

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
