Role: Pricing Analyst
Location: Hybrid (Clapham Junction 3 days per week, remote 2 days per week)

About the role...
The Pricing Analyst supports pricing and revenue decisions by turning pricing, competitor and customer data into clear insight. Working with the Senior Analytics Manager, Pricing Manager and teams across Marketing, Finance and Operations, this role helps assess pricing performance, model the impact of changes and recommend opportunities to improve revenue, member acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities:
- Analyse pricing, sales, customer and market data to identify trends, risks and commercial opportunities.
- Assess the potential impact of pricing decisions through scenario modelling and forecasting.
- Evaluate completed pricing initiatives to measure their commercial impact and identify lessons.
- Support the design and analysis of pricing tests and experiments, including set-up, measurement and post-test recommendations.
- Monitor pricing performance and produce regular reporting on revenue and competitor pricing.
- Maintain pricing models and related reporting tools.
- Present findings clearly, explaining the commercial implications and recommended actions.
- Help improve pricing processes, data quality and analytical approaches.
About you...
- 2-3 years of experience in an analytical role - pricing, commercial analytics, revenue management or financial analysis are all relevant backgrounds
- Strong SQL skills and the ability to work with large datasets independently.
- Solid Excel skills, including financial and scenario modelling.
- Experience evaluating promotions or running controlled experiments, including measurement and post-analysis.
- Clear communication skills - you can explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders in plain language.
- A commercial mindset - you understand how price, demand, volume and margin relate to each other.
