Pricing Analyst

Forest House | Circa £37,600 per annum

We're a thriving team passionate about working together to deliver excellence, all in a natural forest environment.

At Center Parcs, every booking tells a story. Behind our exceptional guest experiences is a team of commercial experts who use insight, data, and market knowledge to ensure we're delivering the right offer at the right time.

We're looking for a Pricing Analyst to join our Revenue Management team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded analyst who enjoys working with data, spotting trends, and turning insights into actions that drive business performance.

Working closely with the Pricing Analyst Manager, you'll play a key role in optimising occupancy and revenue across one or more of our villages. You'll monitor demand, analyse booking behaviour, and make pricing recommendations that help us achieve the perfect balance between occupancy levels and accommodation revenue.

If you enjoy solving problems, influencing decisions, and seeing the direct impact of your work on business performance, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

  • Monitor and analyse booking trends, occupancy levels, demand patterns, and market activity to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Review and adjust accommodation pricing strategies to maximise revenue and occupancy across your villages.
  • Use data from multiple sources to make informed commercial decisions and recommendations.
  • Work closely with the Pricing Analyst Manager to achieve performance targets and support wider business objectives.
  • Balance commercial performance with operational considerations, providing both detailed analysis and clear business summaries.
  • Produce regular and ad hoc reporting, dashboards, and performance insights using Microsoft Excel and other business tools.
  • Provide village teams with updates on accommodation performance, forecasts, and emerging trends.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across e-Commerce, CRM, and the Contact Centre to ensure pricing is accurately reflected across all customer channels.
  • Support the Corporate Events team with pricing requests, profitability reviews, and commercial decision-making for larger bookings.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
