Job Description
As a Pricing Analyst, my core purpose is to:
- Support the development and delivery of pricing recommendations across food, drink and promotions that drive profitable growth across our pub portfolio.
- Work closely with the Pricing & Market Insight Manager and wider commercial teams.
- Analyse pricing performance, market trends and the impact on guest behaviour.
