An established aircraft leasing platform is seeking a commercially focused finance professional with experience across aircraft leasing, treasury, structured finance, and transaction advisory.
This opportunity is suited to an ACA-qualified (or newly qualified) Chartered Accountant with exposure to global aviation portfolios, capital markets activity, and financing transactions within a fast-paced international environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders across airlines, lessors, lenders, investors, and internal finance teams to support transaction execution, portfolio analysis, treasury initiatives, and strategic finance projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of aircraft leasing and aviation finance transactions across global portfolios.
- Assist with portfolio analysis, fleet valuations, lease cash flow modelling, and financing structures.
- Partner with treasury, finance, legal, and commercial teams on funding processes, refinancing activity, and capital markets initiatives.
- Contribute to cash flow forecasting, liquidity analysis, and debt portfolio management.
- Support transaction due diligence, investment analysis, and financial modelling workstreams.
- Prepare client presentations, market insights, and commercial analysis for senior stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, lessors, banks, institutional investors, and service providers.
- Assist with external reporting, covenant compliance, and financial reporting requirements.
- Monitor aviation market trends, aircraft values, and financing developments across international markets.
- Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and client meetings where required.

Candidate Profile
- ACA-qualified Chartered Accountant (or close to qualification).
- 3+ years’ experience within aircraft leasing, aviation advisory, treasury, transaction services, structured finance, or a related aviation finance environment.
- Strong understanding of aviation finance structures, aircraft leasing dynamics, and capital-intensive financing models.
- Experience supporting financing transactions, debt facilities, or capital markets-related projects.
- Exposure to treasury operations, liquidity management, refinancing, or debt portfolio analysis is highly desirable.
- Strong financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Comfortable working in a client-facing, international, and cross-functional environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams in a fast-paced commercial setting.
