Job Description
About the Role
Reporting to the Pricing Manager, you will help develop and execute pricing strategies for Consumer tyres that maximise profitability, support volume growth and strengthen our competitive market position.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly analytical individual who enjoys translating complex data into actionable commercial insights. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing and Business Intelligence teams, providing recommendations that directly influence pricing decisions and business performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of pricing strategies aligned to business objectives.
- Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, sales performance and competitive activity to identify pricing opportunities.
- Deliver pricing recommendations that optimise revenue, profitability and market competitiveness.
- Support tactical pricing initiatives, promotions and customer pricing programmes.
- Gather, validate and analyse competitor pricing information in line with compliance guidelines.
- Produce insightful analysis, reports and dashboards to support decision-making across the business.
- Communicate pricing updates, policy changes and commercial recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of pricing processes, tools and reporting capabilities.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support business growth initiatives.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to translate data into practical business recommendations.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
- Excellent analytical and numerical modelling capabilities.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines.

Desirable
- Professional qualification or degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
- Experience in a Pricing Analyst, Commercial Analyst, Revenue Analyst or similar analytical role.
- Knowledge of Power BI, KNIME or similar business intelligence and analytical tools.
- Experience working within FMCG, automotive, retail or distribution environments.

- Location: Datchet, Slough, UK
- Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
- Occasional travel within the UK and internationally may be required
