I'm working with a brilliant hospitality business that's looking for a Pricing Analyst to join their commercial team.
This isn't one of those roles where you'll spend all day buried in spreadsheets (although there will be plenty of Excel!). Instead, you'll be helping shape pricing strategy across a well-known hospitality brand, using data, trends, and customer insight to influence commercial decisions that genuinely make an impact.
You'll be the person asking:
📊 Are we priced competitively?
📈 Where are the opportunities to drive revenue?
💡 How can we improve performance without compromising the customer experience?

You'll be analysing pricing, forecasting demand, monitoring competitor activity, and working closely with teams across Commercial, Revenue, Finance, and Operations to make sure pricing decisions are backed by insight, not guesswork.
What I'm looking for:
✔️ Experience in a Pricing, Revenue, Commercial, or Data Analyst role.
✔️ Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large data sets.
✔️ Advanced Excel (bonus points for SQL, Power BI, or Tableau).
✔️ Someone who's naturally curious and enjoys turning data into recommendations.
✔️ Hospitality, travel, leisure, or consumer sector experience would be fantastic, but if you've worked in another fast-paced commercial environment I'd still love to hear from you.
