We are seeking an experienced Pricing Contractor with strong London Market insurance expertise to join a growing Syndicate on an initial 3-6 month contract.

This role will focus on the development, maintenance, and validation of pricing models used throughout the underwriting process. You will play a key role in delivering individual case pricing, providing technical pricing support to underwriting teams, and generating insights that inform business planning and reserving activities.

The successful candidate will work closely with a range of stakeholders across the business, including Underwriting, Claims, Exposure Management, and Finance, building effective relationships and providing high-quality analytical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and validate pricing models used across the underwriting cycle.
  • Deliver individual case pricing and support underwriting decisions with technical pricing expertise.
  • Contribute pricing insights to business planning, forecasting, and reserving processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance pricing capability and business performance.
  • Ensure pricing methodologies remain robust, accurate, and fit for purpose.

  • Initial 3-6 month contract
  • Inside IR35
  • Day rate: c.£1,000-c.£1,350
  • Start date: ASAP
  • London Market pricing experience is essential
