As a Pricing Coordinator, you'll support pricing operations across our UK & Ireland business, coordinating pricing activities, maintaining accurate data, and acting as a key link between Sales, Commercial, Finance, and our customers.

What You'll Do

In this role, you’ll support pricing operations and gain hands-on experience across pricing processes:

  • Collaborate with our UK & Ireland teams to support pricing activities.
  • Support the preparation of customer price lists, quotations, and pricing communications.
  • Maintain accurate pricing data within ERP and CRM systems, ensuring strong data integrity, audit trails, and consistent record keeping.
  • Analyse pricing data, prepare business reports, and support scenario planning to help inform commercial decision-making.
  • Act as a key link between Sales, Commercial, Finance, and customers, helping to ensure effective communication and smooth execution of pricing activities.
  • Interact directly with customers where required, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance pricing processes and ways of working.

Who We're Looking For

  • Developing professional (with around 3-5 years’ experience) with exposure to finance, data analysis, commercial support, or reporting environments.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with data, reports, and numbers.
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including experience with formulas, lookups, filters, and pivot tables.
  • Experience using ERP, CRM, or similar business systems would be advantageous, but not essential.
  • Good communication skills with the confidence to engage professionally with both internal stakeholders and customers.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute ideas.
