Help turn pricing strategy into accurate, controlled action.
As Pricing Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring approved pricing decisions are implemented efficiently, consistently, and correctly across our systems. You’ll work closely with Pricing Strategy and Optimisation analysts and commercial stakeholders, helping protect data integrity while improving the way pricing activity is delivered.
Your mission

What you'll be doing
- Execute approved pricing changes across relevant systems
- Complete bulk uploads and other recurring pricing activities using standard procedures and approved templates
- Validate pricing requests before execution, ensuring instructions are complete, accurate, and compliant
- Maintain a clear and auditable record of requests, approvals, execution, and validation
- Carry out post-implementation quality checks to confirm changes have been applied correctly
- Monitor work queues and prioritise requests
- Identify failed uploads, anomalies, SLA breaches, and recurring issues through exception reporting
- Support new pricing capabilities, system changes, automation, and process improvements
- Work with Pricing Strategy and Optimisation analysts to simplify, standardise, batch, or automate recurring activities
Who we’re looking for
You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy structured, detail-focused work, take pride in getting things right first time, and are comfortable managing high-volume activity without compromising quality.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
