Our purpose is to bring people solutions to life, enabling organisations of all sizes to turn Human Resources into a source of value for both the business and its people.

About the Role
Are you a highly analytical graduate with exceptional Excel skills and an interest in commercial strategy, pricing, finance, and business transformation?
We are looking for a Pricing & Costing Transformation Analyst to support a strategic international transformation project focused on pricing, costing, and deal profitability. Over a six-month fixed-term contract, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Operations, Delivery, and Transformation functions to assess current pricing practices, identify improvement opportunities, and help develop a scalable pricing model that supports better business decision-making.
This role offers hands-on experience in business analysis, consulting-style transformation, financial modelling, and executive stakeholder engagement while delivering meaningful impact across our international organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a structured assessment of current pricing, costing, and deal evaluation practices across international teams, gaining an understanding of existing methodologies, assumptions, governance frameworks, approval processes, and decision-making approaches.
- Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Pre-Sales, Finance, Delivery, Operations, and Transformation functions to gather requirements through interviews, workshops, and process reviews, documenting current-state processes, pain points, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Analyse the commercial, operational, financial, and delivery drivers that influence deal profitability, pricing decisions, and business performance, using historical data, market benchmarks, and stakeholder insights to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Support the design of a future-state pricing and costing framework by defining business requirements, governance principles, ownership models, approval structures, key performance indicators, and standardised processes that can be adopted consistently across countries and business units.
- Build, test, and refine a scalable Excel-based costing and pricing model, incorporating advanced modelling techniques, pricing assumptions, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis capabilities to support informed commercial decision-making.
- Prepare and present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to senior stakeholders, contributing to executive-level discussions on pricing strategy, process improvement, governance, and future technology opportunities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
