Who we are 🌍

We’re IAG Loyalty - one organisation with two ambitious, growing divisions across Loyalty and Holidays. Each has its own goals, strategy and team, but together we’re united by a shared vision to create a more rewarding world of travel and experiences.

Our Loyalty division is home to Avios, the global loyalty currency, enabling millions of members to collect and spend rewards across travel, retail and financial services.

Our Holidays division including British Airways Holidays and Iberia Vacaciones, brings together trusted brands, connecting customers to thousands of destinations worldwide through seamless, end-to-end travel experiences.

We’re on an exciting journey of growth and transformation – we’re going places.

The opportunity ✨

If you're looking for a role where you can develop your analytical skills, work on interesting commercial challenges and be part of a supportive team, this could be the perfect next step.

We're looking for two Pricing Executives to join our collaborative Pricing team. One permanent opportunity and one 12-month fixed-term contract.

You'll use data to answer commercial questions and help shape the way customers use Avios. Avios helps millions of people turn everyday spending and travel into rewarding experiences by allowing them to collect and spend points on flights, upgrades, holidays and more. By analysing customer behaviour, demand, redemption trends and pricing performance, you'll uncover insights that help inform pricing decisions, customer propositions and promotions across our Loyalty business.

You'll work with some of the world's best-known airlines on a wide variety of projects, from reward flights and pricing initiatives to new customer propositions. It's a role where you'll see how your analysis helps inform decisions that millions of customers experience.

You'll also be joining a genuinely collaborative team. You'll work closely with experienced analysts, sharing ideas, solving problems together and learning from one another every day. At the same time, you'll be trusted to take ownership of your own work, giving you the opportunity to build confidence while developing your technical and commercial skills.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
