Pricing Manager – Be a Key Player in TMK’s Pricing Strategy
We’re looking for a Pricing Manager to join our Actuarial & Analytics team at Tokio Marine Kiln.
Reporting into the Senior Pricing Manager, you’ll be central to delivering pricing insights and shaping TMK’s underwriting strategy. This role blends technical depth with leadership exposure, offering the chance to directly contribute to portfolio performance, analytics development, and business planning.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading and supporting pricing workstreams to deliver insights across underwriting divisions.
- Building and deploying pricing models for use across the business.
- Conducting profitability, capital, claims and segmentation analyses.
- Enhancing collaboration with underwriting teams to support strategic decisions.
- Supporting the development of skills and capability across the Pricing & Analytics team.
- Providing ad-hoc analytical support and offering cover for the Senior Pricing Manager where required.
- Maintaining a strong focus on execution and continuous delivery of value.
- Ensuring adherence to all regulatory, statutory and governance requirements.
