The Team

Our Market Pricing team plays a key role in supporting Covéa's strategic objectives through pricing insight, predictive modelling and analysis. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, the team helps shape pricing strategies that support profitable growth and positive customer outcomes.

As a Pricing Manager, you'll play a key leadership role within the team, leading analysts and senior analysts while working closely with the Head of Market Pricing and senior stakeholders. You'll help drive innovation, influence pricing strategy and support the continued evolution of our pricing capabilities through data, modelling and insight.

  • You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, helping to shape pricing decisions and deliver positive business outcomes.

  • You'll lead and develop analysts and senior analysts, creating an environment where people can thrive and perform at their best.
  • You'll have opportunities to influence pricing strategy, drive best practice and support the future development of our pricing capabilities.

What you might bring

  • Significant experience within a General Insurance Pricing environment.
  • Experience leading, coaching and developing technical teams, while driving high performance and collaboration.
  • Excellent analytical capability, including experience of predictive modelling and data-driven decision making.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build effective relationships at all levels.
  • A passion for innovation, continuous improvement and developing pricing capabilities that deliver measurable business value.
