Are you an experienced Pricing Manager with a background in B2B SaaS who enjoys turning data and commercial insight into strategies that deliver real business impact?

ClearCourse is looking for a Pricing Manager to lead and develop our approach to pricing across a diverse portfolio of 30+ software brands. This is a high-impact Group role where you’ll work closely with senior commercial, product and finance leaders to shape pricing strategies that support revenue growth, profitability and long-term customer value.

You’ll have the opportunity to influence pricing across a wide range of SaaS products and services, helping our businesses make smarter commercial decisions while establishing consistent pricing frameworks and best practices across the Group.

About ClearCourse

ClearCourse is a rapidly growing technology group providing software and integrated payments solutions to businesses across a wide range of specialist markets.

Our portfolio brings together more than 30 software brands, supporting customers across sectors including retail, hospitality, healthcare, leisure, field services and ecommerce.

By combining specialist software with integrated payments and broader commerce capabilities, we help our customers run their businesses more efficiently, grow revenue and deliver better experiences to their own customers.

The Role

As Pricing Manager, you’ll take ownership of developing, implementing and optimising pricing strategies across our software portfolio.

Working closely with our Group Sales Director and senior stakeholders across the Group, you’ll use commercial and customer data, market intelligence and competitive insight to identify opportunities to improve pricing, increase margins and support sustainable revenue growth.

You’ll establish clear pricing frameworks and governance while giving individual businesses the tools and guidance they need to make effective commercial decisions.

The role will also see you supporting strategic deals, bids and tenders, analysing pricing performance and helping our commercial teams understand and confidently execute our pricing strategy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
