Pricing & Promotions Manager

£60,000 – £65,000 + benefits
Location: London | Hybrid (3 days in office)

Our client is a growing consumer-focused organisation where commercial insight plays a central role in sustainable revenue growth. This is an opportunity to join a commercial function where pricing, promotions and customer behaviour are treated as connected levers for business performance. You’ll work across Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Analytics and Data Science, giving you genuine exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence decisions at scale. With investment in enhanced forecasting, analytical infrastructure and AI-enabled pricing capabilities, you’ll also have the chance to help shape how pricing decisions are made in the future.

The Pricing & Promotions Manager will turn customer, market and commercial data into clear pricing and promotional recommendations that improve acquisition, revenue yield and long-term customer value.

Role Highlights

  • Own analysis supporting pricing across membership products, joining fees and additional revenue streams.
  • Build financial models and commercial cases to assess proposed pricing and promotional changes.
  • Evaluate campaigns using A/B testing, incrementality analysis and performance reviews.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to identify commercial opportunities.
  • Help develop AI-enabled pricing models, forecasting tools and improved analytical capabilities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
