What is the opportunity?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Pricing Manager to join our Northridge Finance and Marshall Leasing business. This is a key analytical and commercial role where you will help shape pricing and proposition strategies that support sustainable growth, customer value and profitability.
Working closely with colleagues across Sales, Risk, Finance and senior leadership teams, you will use data, insight and commercial judgement to influence important business decisions. If you enjoy solving sophisticated challenges, turning insights into action and making a visible impact, this role offers real autonomy and the opportunity to help strengthen our position in a competitive market.
The successful candidate can be based in Belfast, Bristol or London.
In This Role, You Will
- Support the development and delivery of pricing strategies across Northridge Finance and Marshall Leasing, helping to balance commercial growth, customer outcomes and risk considerations.
- Be responsible for analysing business performance, profitability, market trends and customer behaviour to provide clear insights and practical recommendations.
- Build and maintain pricing models, reporting and management information that support informed decision-making.
- Partner with colleagues across Sales, Risk, Finance and leadership teams to influence pricing decisions and support proposition development.
- Monitor competitor activity, ensure pricing activities meet governance requirements and see opportunities to improve processes, capabilities and business performance.
What will make you stand out?
- You will bring experience of pricing within motor finance, leasing, asset finance or a related sector, along with strong commercial awareness and the ability to turn data into meaningful business recommendations.
- You'll be comfortable balancing short-term performance goals with longer-term strategic objectives and will enjoy working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving will help you succeed in this role.
- Have knowledge of motor finance pricing, residual values, vehicle depreciation and market dynamics.
- A good understanding of financial services regulation and customer outcome considerations, and building relationships and influencing decision-making across senior stakeholder groups.
- Financial modelling, pricing analytics and scenario planning.
- Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar analytical tools.

Through strong partnerships and customer-focused products, we provide accessible financial services that offer customers a trusted alternative in the market.
As part of the Pricing and Asset Management team, you will work alongside expert colleagues who are passionate about delivering commercial success while supporting positive customer outcomes. The team plays a meaningful role in shaping product propositions, pricing strategy and business performance across both Northridge Finance and Marshall Leasing.
This is a hybrid role, based primarily in Belfast, Bristol or London. We typically ask colleagues to spend a minimum of 8 days per month working in-person to support collaboration and connection. Specific arrangements will be confirmed by your recruiter to ensure they meet the needs of the role and team.
