Pricing Operations Analyst

Sapiens UK is seeking a Pricing Operations Analyst to support our Pricing Operations team in London, as part of a new requisition approved to keep pace with growing demand across the business.

Working Model: Hybrid (Flexible) London

This is an execution-focused pricing operations role. Working alongside the Pricing Operations team and reporting to the Manager, Pricing Operations, you will manage pricing requests through the governance process end to end, helping the wider team manage peak volume and keep turnaround times on track.

The role suits someone early in their pricing, pricing operations, deal desk, or commercial operations career who is organised, accurate under pace, and keen to build a foundation in enterprise B2B pricing.

The role works cross-functionally with Deal Desk, Sales Operations, and divisional commercial teams across Property & Casualty, Life & Pension, Reinsurance, and the AI platform business.

Key Workstreams

  • Processing of individual pricing requests through the governance workflow, covering intake, calculation, and approval routing.
  • Support for the Pricing Operations team during periods of high deal volume, picking up overflow requests to keep queues within SLA.
  • Accurate entry and upkeep of deal records in CPQ and Salesforce, so pricing data stays current and traceable.
  • Escalation of non-standard or complex deals to the Manager, Pricing Operations or the relevant Pricing Operations Analyst.
  • Input into pricing reporting packs, pulling and checking deal-level data used in wider commercial reporting.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Key Responsibilities

  • Turn around individual pricing requests accurately and within agreed SLAs, using the approved pricing models and calculators.
  • Apply the pricing governance process consistently on each request, flagging exceptions rather than resolving them independently.
  • Work flexibly across a queue of pricing requests, prioritising by deadline and business impact in coordination with the wider Pricing Operations team.
  • Keep deal and pricing records clean and current in CPQ and Salesforce.
  • Support the Pricing Operations team and Manager with data pulls, checks, and administrative tasks tied to the pricing pipeline.
  • Flag process friction or recurring errors to the Manager, Pricing Operations to support continuous improvement.

Experience & Skills Required

This role suits someone building a career in pricing or commercial operations, rather than an established specialist.

Experience: One to three years in pricing, deal desk, sales operations, revenue operations, pricing operations, or commercial support, ideally within B2B software. Strong candidates with relevant experience in adjacent commercial or finance operations roles are also welcome.

Accuracy under pace: Comfortable working through a queue of requests to deadline, without letting volume compromise accuracy.

Tooling: Working knowledge of Excel; exposure to Salesforce or CPQ tools is an advantage but not required, as training will be provided.

Communication: Able to escalate clearly and work collaboratively with a small, busy team.

Technical skills: SQL is not required for this role. Comfort learning new systems and AI-enabled tooling such as Claude Cowork is an advantage.

Relevant Experience

We welcome candidates from:

  • Deal desk, sales operations, pricing support, or pricing operations roles in B2B software or professional services.
  • Graduate or early-career commercial, finance, or business operations backgrounds looking to specialise in pricing.
  • Customer operations or order management roles with strong process discipline and Excel skills.
