Pricing & Product Administrator

Brava Hospitality | IT & Systems

The home of great restaurant brands

Permanent | Full Time Hybrid - Islington office approx. 2 days per week, with travel to our restaurants across the UK

Come & play your part at Brava

At Brava Hospitality, we think of ourselves a little differently. We have the mentality of a winning sports team: ambitious, energetic and always looking for ways to get better. Everyone has a position to play, everyone contributes, and when one person succeeds, the whole team succeeds.

We're passionate about hospitality, but great hospitality doesn't happen through our restaurant teams alone. Behind every smooth service, menu launch, online order and brilliant guest experience are systems that need to work brilliantly too. That's where you come in.

We're looking for a Pricing & Product Administrator to join our IT team and help keep the technology behind our Brava Collection brands running at its best.

If you're organised, technically curious, brilliant with detail and enjoy being part of a fast-moving team where your work makes a visible difference, we'd love to meet you.

The role

Working within our Pricing & Product team and reporting to our Senior IT Project Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day administration and maintenance of several of the operational systems that power our restaurants. You'll work across our EPOS, online ordering, delivery partner and stock platforms, collaborating with Operations, Marketing, restaurant teams, technical partners and suppliers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This isn't a role where you'll be hidden away behind a screen. You'll be right at the heart of how our restaurants operate – helping launch menus, improve systems and make life easier for both our teams and our guests.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage programming requests across our EPOS systems, from new products and pricing changes to promotions, menu launches, printing changes and testing.
  • Coordinate the systems side of major menu and special-occasion launches, keeping plans on track and making sure everyone involved knows what needs to happen and when.
  • Work closely with our Operations teams to identify ways to make our systems better for the people using them every day – whether that's optimising till layouts, improving ordering journeys, refining kitchen routing or making promotions work more effectively.
  • Partner with Marketing to continually improve the customer journey across the digital platforms we manage internally.
  • Ensure products and sales data are mapped and categorised correctly, supporting accurate central reporting and helping us make better decisions.
  • Bring flexibility to your working pattern when the business needs systems administration or IT support.
  • Create straightforward support and training materials and, when needed, help our teams understand how to get the best from the systems they use.

What you'll bring to the team

We're looking for someone who combines great attention to detail with a genuine desire to make things better. You'll be analytical and organised, comfortable juggling priorities and able to stay calm when things get busy. You'll communicate confidently with everyone from restaurant teams to technical suppliers and be comfortable coordinating different people to deliver against a deadline.

You'll have experience working with EPOS, stock, delivery and/or online ordering systems, alongside strong Microsoft Office skills – particularly Excel. Experience with systems such as Comtrex Enterprise, Comtrex EPOS, Toast, Tevalis, Fourth, Deliveroo, Uber Eats or Just Eat would be a real advantage, but you don't need to have worked with every platform on the list. Experience in IT helpdesk support, project management or change management would also be beneficial.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone with the right mentality: curious, accountable, collaborative and always looking for the next improvement.

Why Brava?

Because work should feel like being part of a team you actually want to play for. We're building a culture where people back each other, take pride in what they do and aren't afraid to challenge themselves to get better. We move quickly, celebrate our wins and learn from the things that don't go to plan.

You'll get the opportunity to work across some fantastic hospitality brands, see the direct impact of what you do in our restaurants and build your experience across a wide range of hospitality technology.

Great hospitality takes a great team. Come and be part of ours.
