Join our Sales Development team and play an important role in enhancing the retailer and customer experience across the BMW Group network. You'll work with a variety of teams, build strong stakeholder relationships, analyse performance data, and help deliver projects that improve the customer journey while ensuring compliance and operational excellence. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to multiple areas of the business and develop valuable commercial, analytical, and relationship management skills.
What awaits you?
- Provide support to the Area Managers and will have an active role in supporting the Retailer experience.
- Form strong relationships with business areas to drive engagement with the aim of supporting our customer’s journey.
- Develop, maintain and provide reporting insights to support the Sales Development team with wider projects to monitor and communicate success.
- Maintain the focus on the Customer Journey through the retailer network, ensuring it is optimised and compliant throughout.
- Ensure alignment across the organisation (BMW Group) to ensure competing objectives are met and harmonised within the complexity of business/legacy systems' architecture.
- Ensure all customer offers are in line with compliance sales process.
- Work closely with Operations teams to ensure best approach for seamless cooperation.
- Establish and maintain a close working relationship with all Area Managers, New Business Operations and Customer Services.

What should you bring along?
- Studying towards a Bachelor's degree - preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, English or another similar field.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office – ideally Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong numeracy and literacy with excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- A self-starter with the ability to work on their own initiative and passionate to succeed.
- An outgoing personality is key as you’ll be expected to interact and network with all areas of the business both within BMW Group Financial Services and our sales colleagues in BMW Group UK.
- Independent and curious to learn more about the business.
